Bedwell MEP is delighted to announce the appointment of Jeff, who joins our team as a Building Services & CAD Engineer. Jeff brings over 15 years of international building services engineering experience, combining deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems with advanced proficiency in 2D M&E CAD design and spatial coordination.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Throughout his career—which includes senior engineering roles at renowned firms such as Meinhardt (M&E) Limited and Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited—he has successfully delivered complex building services design and coordination packages across large-scale commercial, residential, and multi-disciplinary developments.
Specialising in HVAC, electrical, fire services, and plumbing and drainage layouts, Jeff excels at translating complex engineering concepts into highly detailed, accurate 2D CAD drawings, schematics, and installation packages. His practical background in both design and construction management enables him to identify design conflicts early, ensuring smooth spatial coordination and statutory compliance across all project phases.
In his new role at Bedwell MEP, Jeff will focus on delivering coordinated technical drawing packages, managing design revision controls, and supporting our engineering teams to ensure project delivery across the UK.
